Unit Matematik Kolej Matrikulasi Kedah (KMK) diketuai oleh Puan Aniza Binti Hassan sebagai Ketua Unit dan dibantu oleh sorang Timbalan Ketua Unit serta tiga (3) orang Penyelaras Kursus Matematik (Matematik Sains SDS, Matematik Perakaunan dan Matematik Sains SES). Unit ini terletak di Aras 1 Bangunan Pentadbiran dan mempunyai 39 orang pensyarah yang terdiri dari pelbagai gred. Unit Matematik KMK mepunyai dua (2) orang Subject Matter Expert (SME) dan seorang Guru Cemerlang (GC) iaitu:
